MY STORYSince childhood, Mitch Huscher has taken an unapologetically raw and emotional approach to telling stories.
Mitch Huscher has been a bass singer in the Lehigh Valley Chorale since age 16, and plays a myriad of musical instruments including guitars, bass, and drums. A one-man band turned Renaissance-man, his story is just getting started, and he shows no signs of stopping!
Having interests in the grittier, more do-it-yourself styles of music and art, including punk rock, garage rock and metal, Mitch Huscher finds beauty in the rough and the abrasive. He believes in showcasing the grittier elements through a polished lens, while incorporating his quirky, off-beat sense of humor and perception to the world at large.
Having been a singer since age 8, Mitch Huscher’s been marching to the beat of his own heart his entire life. His love and passion for music has been his primary driving force to create. Interest became hobby. Hobby became obsession. He knows that art of all kinds is meant to be an interpretation, and not a sanitized, mechanical recreation of something. The question that should be asked is not “May I…?” It is instead “What if…?”
His education consists of an associates’ degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning from Northampton Community College. He is currently pursuing an associates’ degree in Media Production from the same institution, having made Dean’s List for two semesters running!
